		<description>well I dunno. I mark in most of my meetings and holidays, I just don&#039;t expect to have to keep it open all day - I expect the data to be available in other ways.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It _is_ an incredibly painful piece of software though :)</description>

		<description>You could use microsoft communicator (in a corporate exchange environment) which does all this automatically - works really well, including out of office messages set as the away message - its bloomin&#039; expensive though and not much use for an individual!</description>
