I found something strange in jTextile demo. Paragraphs beginning with "p. " end up wrapped in double "p" tags. Also, consecutive lines beginning with "*" end up wrapped in "li p" and do not have enclosing "ul", which hardly can be considered valid XHTML. If you want, I can show you screenshoot.
Sorry for that stupid format of tags, but Blogged doesn't allow html tags in comments.
